Are you feeling burnt out by the hustle and stuck in a cycle of ill-fitting, traditional ways of working?
Do you crave a way of creating and living that feels alive, intuitive, and uniquely yours?
I see you.
You have big dreams, but the old ways aren’t working anymore.
You’re tired of pushing, tired of doubting yourself, tired of feeling disconnected from the creative spark that once lit you up.
What if success wasn’t about hustling harder but about trusting yourself more?
What if the path forward wasn’t about rigid strategies but about playing, experimenting, and following what feels right?
It’s time to step into a new way of being—like dancing with possibility or painting on a blank canvas, allowing your vision to unfold with curiosity and flow.
This is a path that honors your rhythm, fuels your creativity, and allows success to emerge naturally.
There was a time when I thought I knew exactly who I was and what I wanted. I was driven, successful, and following all the ‘right’ steps—until I realized I was living by external expectations rather than my own truth. Again and again, I found myself at a crossroads, disconnected from my intuition, unsure of the next step. Each time, it was my heart—the quiet, persistent whisper within—that guided me forward.
The Early Years: A Love for Play & Creativity
As a child, I was deeply connected to creativity, play, and imagination. I skated, danced, put on plays—fully immersed in the joy of expression. But, as we all know, life unfolds and in the process —I started prioritizing structure over spontaneity, logic over intuition, feeling safe over feeling expressed. My creative spark and joy and playfulness got buried beneath achievement and the need for safety. I learned to define success by doing and materiality rather than being.
The Hustle & The Wake-Up Call
By all accounts I was successful. I followed the template for what success looks like: well paying job, challenging hobbies, travel, home ownership. On the outside, I was thriving. But on the inside? My body and spirit whispered their protest. My energy drained. My physical and mental health suffered. And at different points, burnout and depression forced me to stop.
Each descent into exhaustion, depression or uncertainty was a call back to myself, a sign that something was misaligned. The first time, I ignored it. The second time, I hesitated to make change. But by the third cycle? I listened. I walked away from a career that no longer served me and stepped into the unknown of art and entrepreneurship. I leaned into creativity, energetic flow, and a way of living that honoured intuition over obligation.
A Moment of Deep Trust
At one point, I found myself in Provence, painting, wandering, and immersing in the slower rhythms of life. What seemed like an escape was, in truth, an initiation into a new way of being. I learned that trusting my intuition doesn’t require knowing the whole path—just the next step.
Why I Do This Work
Now, I guide women through their own cycles of transformation—through the uncertainty, the resistance, and ultimately, the reclamation of their own wisdom. I see the same fears I once held, but I also see the same untapped potential waiting to be unleashed.
We are not meant to walk a straight path. We are meant to spiral, evolve, and return to ourselves at deeper levels each time our heart whispers its desire. And through it all, our intuition—the voice of the heart—knows the way.
This life, your life, is an experiment.
And I can tell you—your next step isn’t about ‘figuring it all out.’ It’s about trusting yourself enough to take the leap.
